- · Understanding the most important legal consequences of legal guardianship.
- · Exploring the topic of legal guardianship in Islamic law, Arab comparative legislation, as well as judicial jurisprudence.
- Enabling students to find legal solutions for all matters and disputes related to legal guardianship and their legal consequences.
