GRAMMAR

 This semester is devoted to introduce first year students to basics of English grammar starting  from learning the difference between sentence, clause and phrase in English. Students are also required to learn the smallest units of a sentence which are the different parts of speech. Then students will pass to learn the different sentence patterns and will be able to put the verb in agreement with its subject. Learning the different  parts of speech will enable students to produce correct English sentences respecting the correct order of words .
