The history of architecture 01 is the study of the art of building through its evolution over time and in relation to numerous cultural areas and different historical and civilisational eras. It is the history of living, of buildings, of techniques, of architectural design and of architects. The increasingly chronological approach adopted and the use of comparisons in time and space make it possible to measure the weight of ‘context’, in the broadest sense, in the evolution of architecture, and to detect influences, continuities and ruptures.

The course aims to develop students' abilities in spatial perception and design. Through regular and progressive learning, students will acquire the foundations of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and an attitude of appreciation for form and space.
