
Tourism Communication is a core module in the second year of the Professional Master’s program in Tourism Business Administration. It aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand communication mechanisms within the tourism sector and effectively employ them in promoting destinations and tourism services. The course focuses on studying communication strategies, patterns of interaction between tourists and service providers, destination image management, and digital marketing. It also develops professional communication skills and the ability to interact with different cultures. Moreover, it equips students with practical tools to enhance service quality and build positive relationships with visitors, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of tourism institutions and destinations.
