Le module Outils et Techniques Immunologiques initie les étudiants aux méthodes utilisées pour étudier le système immunitaire et diagnostiquer les maladies. Il couvre les techniques de détection des antigènes et anticorps (ELISA, immunofluorescence, Western blot), l’analyse des cellules immunitaires (cytométrie en flux, culture cellulaire), ainsi que les méthodes de mesure des réponses immunitaires (dosage des cytokines, tests de phagocytose et cytotoxicité). Le module présente aussi les techniques moléculaires  pour l’étude des gènes immunitaires. L’objectif est que l’étudiant sache utiliser ces outils, analyser les résultats et les appliquer en recherche ou en diagnostic.
