This course provides a comprehensive overview of legislation, ethics, and deontology in scientific and academic contexts, emphasizing the legal frameworks governing research and professional conduct. It explores fundamental concepts such as law, morality, and ethical principles, alongside academic integrity, responsibilities of researchers, and ethical issues in higher education. The course also examines bioethics regulations at both international and Algerian levels, including patient rights, clinical research, and organ transplantation. Additionally, it addresses environmental ethics, scientific standards, and waste management regulations. Finally, it highlights contemporary bioethical challenges such as genetic engineering, artificial intelligence, and responsible research practices.
